Our Story
A second-generation poultry farming family. Decades of watching how eggs are really produced — the handling, the feed decisions, the small choices most consumers never see. And eventually, the question that's hard to ignore once you've been close enough to ask it: why doesn't any of this show up on the box?
The egg aisle is crowded with claims. Freshness. Quality. Farm-to-table. But very little of it is grounded in visible process. Brands that care and brands that don't look almost identical at the shelf.
We built TrueEgg Co. to make the difference visible — two-stage inspection, defined handling protocols, responsible antibiotic practices, careful grading, and batch dating enforced without exception.

Why We Exist
We own and oversee our production — which means we can actually answer for what goes into our eggs.
Our purpose is not to be the cheapest option on the shelf. It's not to have the most certifications on the box. It's simpler: to give you a clean, responsibly produced source of protein.
What we promise is stewardship — of our birds, our processes, and our ingredients. We're working towards responsible and transparent use of additives, and we'll tell you where we are in that journey honestly. Not where we wish we were.
We chose not to scale fast. In this industry, fast scaling almost always means sourcing from farms you can't fully control — which means becoming the very thing we set out to be different from. We'd rather grow slowly and mean what we say.
